Who we are

Barwaaqo Energy is a project of Dalka Capital. For any privacy question, contact barwaaqo@dalkacapital.com. The data controller entity and registered address will be confirmed here before launch.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect only:

Your full name
Your email address
Your country of residence (so we can tell you if and when Barwaaqo may be available where you live)
Your phone number (optional)
Whether you opted in to marketing emails

We do not ask for, or collect, any payment or investment amount at this stage.

How your data is handled

Form delivery: waitlist submissions are currently relayed to our inbox using FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form service. Before launch we intend to move to a first-party or EU-based endpoint. This will be confirmed here.
Browser storage: this website stores your waitlist entry, a waitlist counter, and your cookie-consent choice in your browser's localStorage on your own device.
Analytics: we use Google Analytics only if you accept analytics cookies. Nothing loads until you opt in via the consent banner. You can decline, and analytics will not run.

Marketing consent

We only send you marketing emails if you separately tick the opt-in box on the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link in any email.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR where it applies), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and object to certain processing. Contact barwaaqo@dalkacapital.com. Legal basis, retention periods, international-transfer safeguards and full recipient details will be completed here before launch.
